   So far I am pleased. But, time will tell. The durability of the pan is my long term goal. The last one I purchased from another vendor was thin and cracked in about 3 months. The personal e-mail reply from MuttMart makes me feel more confident in this purchase. Shippping was quick!!!

   The GoGo Dog crate is very sturdy (made of a better quality than the original crate pan). The original order was damaged from shipping. I called and customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement.
   
   I love the product and the customer service I received.
